Below is the oldest known example of promotional literature from the company that would ultimately become JBL.  It is believed to date from 1946 and describes the entire product line of Lansing Sound Incorporated at that time - the D101 driver.  The location of the "Factory" is actually Jim Lansing's tool shed at his home in San Marcos.
